    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Exchanges:

    • Tarnished or broken jewelry is eligible for exchange or refund within one year of purchase with proof of purchase.

    • Beyond one year, customers may send the item back for repair services. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated during promotions.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package is marked as delivered. Please contact your shipping carrier for assistance.

Repair Policy

We offer repair services for all jewelry purchased from our store:

  • Repairs can be requested at any time after purchase.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees when sending and returning the repaired item.

  • Repairs for damage due to manufacturer defects within the first year are free of charge.

  • No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee:

    • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will incur a $50 fee.

  • Credit Card Hold:

    • A valid credit card may be required to book an appointment. Fees for no-shows or late cancellations will be charged to the card on file.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and fair scheduling process for all customers.

  • Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require rescheduling, and a cancellation fee may apply.

    • All jewelry is customized and permanently welded to fit. It is important to arrive on time to allow proper fitting.

  • Warranty for Defects:

    • We guarantee our jewelry is free from manufacturing defects. If a defect is found within 30 days of purchase, the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

  • Breakage or Snagging:

    • If your permanent jewelry breaks or is removed due to snagging or other reasons, you can book a repair or reattachment appointment. Customers are responsible for the cost of repairs and shipping fees if applicable.

Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Due to the nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final.

  • Exchanges are not available for custom-fitted pieces once they have been welded.
