Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. To ensure fairness for all clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Credit Cards will NOT be charged unless:

    • You cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

    • You no-show your appointment.

    • You arrive more than 10 minutes late.

  • Late or Missed Appointments:

    • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.

    • If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service amount.

    • We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you are later than 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these policies, as it allows us to better serve all clients.

Prebooking Policy

All appointments must be prebooked with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Booking Schedule

Our books open on a monthly basis. We release available appointments for the upcoming month one to two weeks priorto the start of that month. Be sure to check our announcements for the exact date each month when new appointments are available.
